Hello,
In Singapore's fast growing economy where government policies as well as economic growth has caused the prices of food to increase drastically, to the point it becomes so expensive where the poor finds their lives increasingly difficult while many business people take advantage of the situation and keep their prices high even though commodity prices have fallen steeply.
My aim is to highlight to all Singaporeans as well as tourists the really good hearted and honest hawkers and business people who keep their prices reasonable and also highlight, on the other spectrum, businesses and hawkers who charge ridiculously high prices despite lower commodity prices.
If you know of really reasonably priced food places or businesses, do share with fellow Singaporeans so everyone can patronise them and reward them for their honesty and good heart.
Similarly, if you know of businesses or food places that charge ridiculous prices, do tell us where they are so fellow Singaporeans can take note and boycott them till they adjust their prices to reasonable levels.
